Why do Women Have More Cellulite Than Men?

Women suffer from less flexible connective tissue between their fat cells than men do, so while fat cells in either gender can grow quite large, female fat cells are forced only to expand upward (through the dermis) rather than laterally and downward (as male fat cells are able to because of their extra connective tissue flexibility).

So, in order to target fat cell size and the appearance of cellulite, we must deliver comfortable, consistent and deep heat to help reduce the size of the fat cell itself.

Also, the loose tissue above the newly reduced fat cells needs to be tightened as well.
